Every function file in bvartools/ and cmintools/, classified by whether something in the toolbox actually reaches it. A function counts as used if one of the 25 example scripts calls it, or if it is called (directly or as a string handle passed to an optimizer) by a function that is itself used. Descriptions are the first line of each function's help. This page is generated by docs/build_function_map.m.
Not reached from any example script, directly or through other functions. Some are meant to be called by users (check the Guide column).
Pick a function to see who calls it (left) and what it calls (right). Click any node to move the focus there. Example scripts are grouped into one node.

Method: static scan of all .m files. Comments and string literals are stripped before matching; a name is ignored where the caller also uses it as a variable (e.g. forecasts in directmethods). Optimizer objectives passed by name ('bvar_opt_hyperpara', 'bvar_opt_plr', 'blp_opt_hyperpara', 'uc_opt_hyperpara', 'bvar_opt_heterosked') count as calls. "Guide" counts calls such as name( in HitchhikerGuide_.pdf: a function used there may be called by users even if no example does. The help column follows MATLAB's own rule: the first unbroken comment block under the function line.
